    The Builder
    Conference

An intentional gathering of faith-forward founders, investors and leaders sharing insights and making connections where the people in the room are just as important as the people on the stage.

    Why we're doing this

    The room is
    the reason we show up.

This isn't a typical conference and it isn't a profit-driven play. It's a gathering of people we want to spend time with and learn from. We've spent years in masterminds and private rooms with founders in this space, and the most valuable moments were never on a stage. The stage matters, but the room matters just as much.

    • Peer-to-peer talks

Every session is a short, practical talk from a founder or operator who has built, sold, or scaled the thing they're teaching. Specific numbers, actual playbooks, honest post-mortems.

    • A small room

75 people total. Everyone stays at the same hotel, eats at the same tables, and by day two you know the room. Speakers show up as hosts of the event, and they're in the room all day, both days.

    • Intentional collaboration

We build real time into the schedule for working together: founder roundtables, open afternoons, and evening conversations. The point isn't just to listen — it's to leave with partners, customers, and co-conspirators who are building in similar spaces.

"Here's what we're building together and why I'd love to have you in the room."

    The Practitioners

    Learn From Those
    Who've Done It

Every session comes from a founder or operator who has built, scaled, or sold a company serving this market. Short talks, specific playbooks, and the details that usually get left out on bigger stages.

    Who Should Attend

Who the Builder Conference is for

This isn't a typical conference or a profit-driven event — it's a gathering of people we want to spend time with and learn from. If your company lives in the faith-driven market, this room was built for you. It's the people you want to learn from in similar spaces — not on a stage, but across the table.

    01

    Founders in the Faith-Driven Market

You've built a SaaS, media, or services company serving churches, ministries, or faith-driven organizations, and you want playbooks from founders a few steps ahead of you.

    02

    Operators Scaling Past Founder-Led

Your company works, and now the question is what has to change for it to keep growing: team, pricing, product, or your own role. You want honest answers from people who've made that transition.

    03

    Investors & Ecosystem Builders

You back, advise, or support companies in this space and want two days of proximity to the founders actually building it.

    The Format

    Two Focused Days

This isn't a typical conference or a profit-driven event. It's a gathering of people we want to spend time with and learn from, and the schedule is built around that. Fly in Monday, fly out Thursday. In between: two full days engineered so the learning happens by 3pm and the relationships happen after. The format is peer-to-peer talks plus intentional collaboration — every session is short, practical, and designed to spark real conversation with the people around you.

    Peer-to-Peer Talks

Each day opens with a run of 20-minute talks from founders and operators. Case studies, numbers, and the decisions behind them — the kind of practical, honest content you usually only get in a small room.

    Intentional Collaboration

We build working time into the schedule on purpose. Day one features a working lunch of founder roundtables organized around the biggest questions in the room: selling, scaling, raising, hiring, and pricing.

    Open Afternoons & Evenings

    Building Good Things,
    The Right Way

This isn't a typical conference and it isn't profit-driven. It's a gathering of people we want to spend time with and learn from — and we're building it for ourselves.
